A vertically integrated brand, millions of pounds of excess foam trim from production is repurposed into new products to save scrap materials from winding up in landfills. Our packages have undergone a redesign to reduce their size by 70% thanks to a revolutionary vacuum compression process that removes 90% of air from foam shapes without sacrificing their integrity. Fully committed to the cause, Luvu Brands® has spent $800,000 on machinery that rolls and compresses massive amounts of foam, so they fit in boxes far less expansive than the products themselves. As our boxes shrink, so does our carbon footprint; using minimal space for shipments translates to less fuel in deliveries and fewer paper products in our packaging.
ECO-FRIENDLY PRACTICES
Our products are roll compressed prior to shipping so that our cardboard usage is minimal. Smaller products mean smaller boxes, which means less environmental harm.
UPCYCLED MATERIALS
